  I went into this location back in December to drop off my phone as I had a lease and was no longer needing the service. I was told the $200 that showed up on my bill would be removed once The warehouse received the phone in about a week. Fast forward to now- its almost March. Apparently my phone was lost and no one thought to track it or find the serial number until over a month later, and after me starting to call and come in regularly with still no answers. As so keep calling to see what's going on with , I'm getting told they're waiting on emails and it's under review etc . This has been over 2 months now and still no answer. I've had to pay the $200 so the service wouldn't be shut off on the plan the phone was on. And no phone to show for it. I am baffled that this is even ok. I wondered if staff stole it and are not doing anything because of hiding it ? I have no clue. But this is the most absurd customer service I have ever experienced and heard of! It's unreal! Everytime I call I get told they're looking into it band will call me back. I hardly get the call back. And I can tell my calling is an inconvenience to the staff here as they seem irritated with me for calling again! Like I don't have better things to do? I have asked to just get s new phone back since I've now paid $200 but no response. So- don't go here. Ever. Something isn't right here . I could've just mailed sprint my phone and been done with it.
