Now customer service, product selection, and print/binding service are bottom of the barrel. In particular look out for “Danielle” who spoke very rudely to me in front of her coworker and then scooted straight for the break room, and store manager “Scrappy” (for real: that’s the name on her biz. card) who was about as helpful as her rude employee. Seriously bummed: this place used to rock. Moving on...
