They're all smiles and glad to help you with the sale. God help you if there's a problem after. They'll point the finger to the contractor they use for installations. The subcontractor they use sucks for customer service and HD acts like there's nothing they can do about the installer they sub to. Eventually it got taken care of after the installer made two attempts at the repair. Please feel free to message me for details of my problems. You want flooring, please take my advise and use somebody else.
