  Showed up 45 minutes late. Sent someone into my house without identification or business cards. He wouldn't give me his name. He set another appointment and no one showed up.

  Absolutely awful experience with this company. Sales person was basically yelling at us. we were straight forward about our budget and time line, he completely ignored what we were saying. He was fairly rude, dismissive and honestly obnoxious. Even if Bath Fitters wasn't insanely expensive, their time line is more than 5 weeks out! We are extremely disappointed and would not recommend them AT ALL.
